It was a tough race. As expected the most early birds on the national level were – due to the wind from the East – to be found in the provinces East and West Flanders.
We had entered most of our birds on this race. Especially our racing cocks had not flown enough kilometres yet to be completely ready for this race. But – with the bad weather of last weeks in mind – we thought this is a good opportunity for them to catch up with the rest of the peloton! Our birds did nevertheless again an excellent job! We have the fastest bird in our club against almost 1,000 birds. On the provincial level we were so close to the provincial victory! We win the 2° provincial against 2,677 birds! We have a very high prize percentage as well.

Our first arrival was the beautiful blue hen “Eva”(B14-6175226). She is once again a grandchild to our breeding phenomenon “Elektro”(B08-6174630)! “Eva” has got some excellent racing records. Last year she won already 2° National Issoudun (504km).

Our third arrival and our first yearling was the checkered ben B15-6026284. This hen is one of the very talented babies of our superstar “Mustang”(B14-6175237). Her mother is “Miss Universe”(B07-6221587), a daughter to “Beckham”(B01-6387174).
Our second yearling was the blue hen B15-6026005. She has already won different early prize cards this year. From the semi-national Blois (462km) race she was for instance our first arrival. Her mother is our famous pigeon “Shakira”(B10-6052293). Her father is a full brother to “Aladdin”(B09-6248081), 1° fast. National Bourges (479km) 64,621 pigeons.
Our third yearling was the dark cock B15-6026319. His both parents are grandchildren to “Barco”(B01-6387350). His mother is our top hen “Tiga”(B11-6282212). “Tiga” is one of those top performing grandchildren of “Siri”(B06-6411619).

Our fourth yearling was the blue hen B15-6026002. She was our first nominated bird. This year she won already 2x 1° prize! As you might know, she is a daughter to our super pigeon “Mustang”(B14-6175237). She has got a great origin. She is bred off the couple 1° fast. National Chateauroux (526km) 33,018 pigeons x mother 1° fast. National Bourges (479km) 64,621 pigeons!
