In this part we will present you the first arrivals of the Melun race.
The 1° prize against 1,402 birds in Union Antwerpen on Melun was won by the dark hen BE25-6032212. She was also the 1° fastest yearling of the release against 2,470 birds! It is not the first time that this hen flew an early prize, she is definitely one to watch. BE25-6032212 has got a special pedigree. She is the very first racing child of our superstar “Olympic Turbo Ito”(BE23-6062091)! Putting “Olympic Turbo Ito” in the breeding loft was absolutely the right move! We are certain there are many more stars to come from him in the next few years. The mother of BE25-6032212 is one of our best racing hens of the last years, “BMW”(BE23-6062272). She is a grandchild to “Mustang”(BE14-6175237).

Just one minute later, we had an incredible 7 arrivals at the exact same time—six birds for the Union Antwerpen Federation and one for the South Antwerp Federation. Four of them were even clocked in the very same second! We only realized afterward that one bird (the dark hen BE25-6032169) wasn't clocked because they all rushed into the loft together. A bit of a pity!
Amongst those seven birds was the blue hen BE25-6032045. She is one of the best yearlings of our team. She is a half-sister to “Maété 2”(BE23-6062110), 1° fast.
