We entered 32 old birds (yearlings and old birds together). It was a mixture of cocks on the widowhood system and hens who are currently motivated through the nest system. For the most of our young birds in the race it was the first middle distance race ever. They did again a great job!

Our first arrival in the young birds category was then blue hen B16-6032139. The father of this hen, the dark cock B15-6026285, is a direct son to our superstar “Mustang”(B14-6175237), 1° fast. National Chateauroux (526km) 33,018 pigeons. B15-6026285 is himself a talented racer. He will move to the breeding loft at the end of the season. The mother of this young hen is the nest-sister to “Super Lady”(B11-6282019). She flew herself some top results as well on the long distance race.

Our first arrival with the old birds and yearlings was our talented checkered white flight cock “Samsung”(B15-6026082). Last year he was one of our most sensational youngsters with as most remarkable record 1° fast. Souppes-sur-Loing (357km) against 9,294 pigeons. “Samsung”(B15-6026082) is a direct son to our breeding phenomenon “Elektro”(B08-6174630). It would be no exaggeration to say that the breeding records of “Elektro” are beyond comparison. “Samsung”(B15-6026082) is a beautiful pigeon: perfect wing, impressive muscles and a colourful eye.
So far this year “Samsung”(B15-6026082) participated to a rather limited number of races. The coming two weeks should be the ‘climax’ of his season. Normally he will be entered on two national races in a row: Bourges (479km) and Argenton (555km). Let’s hope that he can show his potential on these flights!

Our second arrival was our first nominated pigeon “Fox”(B15-6026062). He won the 3° prize. “Fox” has flown this season the same program as his loft mate “Samsung”(B15-6026082). He has already flown some very nice results, he is for sure a hot prospect for the future! “Fox” is a grandson to “La Bomba”(B10-6052045) and “Joker”(B12-6196314).
Our third arrival was the dark white flight cock B15-6026088. He was our second nominated pigeon. He is a very talented pigeon but has one bad habit. He does not want to enter the loft. This time he kept on flying around the loft for no less than 5 minutes! Despite all the time he lost, he still won the 4° prize! His father is a full brother to “Mustang”(B14-6175237), 1° fast. National Chateauroux (526km) 33,018 pigeons.
Our fourth arrival was our top hen “Dana”(B15-6026272). This dark hen won this year a.o. 1° Montlucon (555km) 455 pigeons / 13° National Montlucon (555km) 10,753 pigeons! She is a granddaughter to our two superbreeders “Barco”(B01-6387350) and “Elektro”(B08-6174630).

Coming weekend the famous national race Bourges (479km) will take place. It is the first national race of the season for the young birds.
