We entered 10 yearlings and 36 old birds, and they brought home some spectacular results:
- 1° + 2° + 5° fastest National Zone B2 against 7,818 birds!
- 5 birds in the provincial top 10 (out of 3,038 old birds and 4,747 yearlings)!
- 3 birds in the National Top 100 — we are the only loft from the Antwerp, Brabant, and Limburg provinces to achieve this!
We won 35° + 36° National against 23,469 yearlings, and 59° National against 22,975 old birds.

A special shoutout to our two yearling hens who won 1° + 2° fastest National Zone B2 against 7,818 birds! As young birds, they only flew 3x 100km. This year, we put them on the traditional program and sent them to Bourges with no special expectations. Seeing them arrive together absolutely blew our minds!
The 1° fast. National z. Bourges (504km) 7,818 birds was won by our first nominated bird “Rebel” (BE25-6032345). She is the youngest bird on our racing team, but she has already proven she is something truly special. This is her second victory of the season, following a short-distance win at Quievrain (104km). She also finished at the front of the pack in a challenging 382km race from Toury.

Why did we name her "Rebel"? Because she is a true rebel. After a training flight, she can be quite difficult, refusing to come back inside the loft. Instead, she lands on the roofs of neighboring lofts and flies extra laps, taking her sweet time. But of course, for a bird this talented, you turn a blind eye and put in the extra effort.
